Photo du Jour
Ok, so ive decide to add a new feature to my sagging profile... introducing "Photo du Jour"!!
Every so often when i see a shot that; amuses me, frightens me, turn me on (or off), make me squint, or, click madly around in the hopes of leaving a page, i'll write a little review.
First up, a fine selection by claytonhauck (who's got some awesome shots by the way).
What i love about this shot is the facial expressions. Look at the dude flying twin eagles into the lens. He's soooooooo stoked about it that its hard not to love him. He also looks like an italian actor. Dont know why i think that, but i do.
Then theres his friend, who seems to have been caught unawares and is looking pretty lame with a thumbs up. I guarantee that if there was a next shot they would both be saluting with the finger (s).
Then in case those two dont make a great shot, look at the bald dude back left. He looks like he recently was paid a visit in his sleep by a taxidermist. He has absolutely ZERO expression and is not even looking in the same direction as everyone else in the background. Is he alive? Is he being visited by the ghost of Jack Daniel? Not sure whats up there but its funny/weird.
