Crazy Bus Drivers Part Deux
I have discovered that the bus system is all about the extreme, and not extreme like the Extreme Nacho Doritos or extreme sports, but polar opposites extreme. So yesterday I had the guy who thought he was driving a sports car, who today sent me flying into the lap of some poor unsuspecting person as I was trying to sit down on one of those long benches.
Yesterday on the way home at the end of the day I had a lady bus driver. Reflecting on yesterday mornings ride I was thinking this one should be ok, there shouldn’t be any erk and jerk. Oh how right on the money I was. Remember the corn ball move Speed with Ke-neu and Sandra Bullock, where the bus would blow up if it slowed down. Yesterday evening’s bus ride was the opposite of that. This one must have been rigged to explode if the bus went above a certain speed. The bus must not have gotten past second gear. I kid you not, we were going so slow that time must have reversed itself and I found myself looking at myself in the seat next to me or was that my reflection in the bus window.
