White Shoes & the Couples Company has chosen by AMG (allmusic.com) , one of the most famous music site in USA as one of “The 25 Most Crustworthy Bands of 2006”. We’ve got this good surprising news from our fellow, Hasief Ardiasyah (Rolling Stone Indonesia’ journalist) and Hanin Shidarta(A & R Aksara Records).

All Music is one of the most famous and most completed music site in the world. Every week, their editorial staff contributed an article in a column named “The Whole Note”. In their latest column (12/8/2006), they have one list called "The 25 Most Crushworthy Bands of 2006." Inside the list is 25 new band/not famous band from all around the world that became the All Music’ editorial staff favorite this year. And one of them is White Shoes & The Couples Company. Here’s a comment from Tim Sendra, from All Music : "The best indie pop band from Indonesia ever, their light and frothy sound will banish the dark clouds and leave you feeling quite warm inside."
