On the first day god created a swinging little hotspot and populated it with a bunch happening boys girls. With a shake of his wrist and twitch of his nose he sent forth an army of rock and rollers, soul singers, country crooners and other beat makers to shake things up. He threw in some sexiness, some alcohol and other lubricants and the next thing you knew the little planet earth had a scene worthy of a reputation that not even Paris Hilton herself could ignore.
But oh how his children lamented a lack of documentation. How they craved a record of their history changing parties. How they longed to relive the events of the night before and how they wished and prayed for a way to share their adventures with friends, foes and progeny. The Lord heard these calls, and being the compassionate creator that he was, he dispatched his angels of mercy and fun to devise a way to satiate the needs and desires of his flock. And so it was that 476ad.com was born. Building on the mysteries of the Internet and tapping into the talents of the heaven sent Bronques, SkuD, Bull, Frank and Mike, a home, a refuge, an oasis of excitement and photography came in to existence.
On Saturday, the 9th day of December, 2006, the wise men of Ottawa, aka Duderanch and DJ Seth, have decided to gather at Irene's pub on bank street to celebrate the birth of this new gift. They will come bearing the gifts of sweet sounds, uninhibited glee and winning personalities and encourage all revelers to grab their cameras, their livers and their strongest drinking arms and join them in a night of merriment.
