tidings of rural-suburban joy
christmas in the suburbs.
rural suburbia is an inviting prospect when stuck in the dirty city getting hit by cars on my bike and having way too much schoolwork to function. then i leave the city and instantly i need to be back.
about a year to the day a photo teacher that i just so happened to have a crush on told us to shoot none-discriminately, in sort of a manic fashion instead of thinking and planning too much.
i find that when i am home, i do this a whole lot--perhaps as a solution to boredom or listlessness or used as a salve for the aching memories that home might sometimes bring.
the following gallery are my not-so-christmasy-but-sometimes-christmasy christmas day and christmas eve photographs.
